One of the most common issues that high performing men struggle with is that of time management. They are often so perpetually busy and overwhelmed with tasks, that when the rare day presents itself without much to do, they usually don't know what to do with themselves. These individuals are characterized by being overly stressed, perpetually late, constantly short on time, tired/exhausted, poor sleepers, and irritable more often than not. They work well under pressure, and will often wait until the last minute to get work done. And unfortunately, because this has worked so frequently in the past, they tend to embrace this almost as a badge of honor.
